Last year, the City of San Francisco performed mass arrests of 117 people, the vast majority of whom were teenagers, at the annual Dolores Park Hill Bomb, an informal event that is attended by many skaters from around the Bay Area. SFPD and our local piggy Supervisor, Rafael Mandelman, claimed
